CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

We need a credit card on file for your rental even if you plan on paying by cash or check. We'll be making a copy of your credit card & card holder's identification as well.

*please note that there is a 3% fee associated with using a credit card for payment

Insurance Certificate

Here is a sample certificate of what your insurance may look like. For your rental, you will need to have at least $1,000,000 of General Liability Coverage as well as Miscellaneous Rented Equipment Coverage for the value of the gear you are renting.
